Cooperative usage is based on number of members — the cooperative sets up an account for each household, and every member runs their own farm on the system. Does the 30-day trial need a credit card?
No card needed. Create an account with a phone number or email and start right away — cancel anytime.
What happens after the 30-day trial if I haven't picked a plan?
Your account drops to Starter-tier usage (1 farm, 1 user, 1 plot) — everything you've already logged stays intact, nothing gets deleted.
Does switching plans mid-way lose any data?
No. Upgrading or downgrading only changes your usage limits (number of users, plots…) — your logs and records stay exactly as they were.
How does pricing work if I manage more than one farm?
Each farm is its own separate operating unit in the system. Managing multiple farms needs a plan that allows multiple units — contact us and we'll match it to your needs.
Can a farmer who isn't comfortable with smartphones still use it?
The logging app is designed as one question at a time, with large text and minimal typing — built so even a first-time smartphone user can operate it.
