See your entire membership and growing area, in one place

Instead of scattered paperwork per household, member and growing-area data comes together in one place — while members keep full control of their own data.

Bulk account creation for members

The cooperative creates accounts for every household in advance and hands out a printed list at the member meeting. Members just change their password on first login — not everyone can register on their own.

Pooled input purchasing

Combine the cooperative's seed, fertilizer and pesticide needs into a single order to negotiate wholesale prices, instead of every household buying separately.

Input credit advances

Track the input credit ledger for each member: principal, interest, due date, amount repaid — transparent for both sides.

Resolution voting

Vote by capital contribution or one member, one vote, with results published only once the resolution closes.

Profit sharing by contribution

Calculate each member's share based on transaction volume through the cooperative and capital contributed — members can check their own share anytime.

Group certification

Track VietGAP/GlobalGAP readiness across the whole membership, instead of running the checklist household by household.

The key difference

Members stay in control of their own data

Each member operates like an independent farm within the system. The cooperative only sees production data once a member turns sharing on — and they can turn it back off at any time.

If a member leaves the cooperative, their data stays theirs — it switches to read-only rather than being deleted. A VietGAP record belongs to the farmer, who still has to present it to inspectors.

Priced by number of members

Cooperative plans aren't like single-farm plans: you buy based on membership size, and it already covers an account for every household. A 30-day trial is available before you commit to a plan.
