Create an account
2 minutesSign up with a phone number or email. No payment card required. Choose your organization type: farm or cooperative.
Set up your farm and plots
5–10 minutesEnter your farm's name and address, then add each plot with its area. A map lets you pin the location — do it once, use it forever.
Set up a season and crop cycle
3 minutesPick a standard season for your region, then create a cycle for the plot you're farming — what crop, planted when. Your logs will attach to this cycle.
Record your first log
1 minuteOpen the app on your phone, pick the plot, pick the task you just did, add a photo if you have one. Done. From here, each day takes about that long.

If you're a cooperative
The process is a bit different: the cooperative creates accounts for members in bulk instead of each household signing up on their own, usually rolled out in batches tied to member meetings. Our team will guide you through this step.
