Why don't cooperatives use farm pricing?
Because every member needs their own farm account to log their own records. Cooperatives pay by member count and that already covers those accounts — far cheaper than each household buying separately.
Do members pay anything extra?
No. As long as the cooperative's plan is active, member accounts are covered by the cooperative.
What happens to a member's data if they leave the cooperative?
The data still belongs to the member — it switches to read-only rather than being deleted, since a VietGAP record is the farmer's own asset. To keep logging, they can register their own farm plan.
What if the cooperative doesn't renew in time?
There's a grace period with advance warnings — access is never cut abruptly mid-harvest.
