Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms apply when you create an account and use the EdenHub platform (farm management applications, traceability and related services) under the edenhub.vn domain and its subdomains. When you create an account, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service (the version stated at the top of this page) and the Privacy Policy by checking the confirmation box on the sign-up screen; the system records the version you agreed to, the time, and the IP address of that confirmation as evidence (see the Privacy Policy, "Audit trail & consent evidence"). You cannot create an account without checking this box.

2. Accounts & trial

• New accounts get a 30-day full-feature trial, with no payment card required.
• If the trial ends without an upgrade, the account switches to the limited usage of the Starter plan — data already recorded is kept.
• You can cancel your account at any time; cancelling does not delete data recorded while the account was active, unless you request deletion.

3. User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter yourself (field logs, certification records, product information attached to traceability codes). EdenHub provides tools to record and display data — it does not replace on-the-ground verification by certification bodies.

4. Billing & plans

Plan pricing is published on the Pricing page. Paid plans are billed annually; changing plans does not cause any recorded data to be lost. If you cancel a paid plan mid-cycle, EdenHub does not refund the unused portion of the fee unless required by law; your account remains usable through the end of the paid period, then switches to the Starter plan's usage limits. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle, not retroactively.

5. Limitation of liability

EdenHub provides the platform "as is" and makes reasonable efforts to keep it running reliably, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by Vietnamese law, EdenHub is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the platform; EdenHub's total liability for any claim (if any) is capped at the total fees you paid EdenHub in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This clause does not limit liability for damages that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g. intentional misconduct or fraud).

6. Data sharing with the EdenTradeHub (ETH) network — version eth-share-mechanism-v1

When your Organization turns on the "Market Access" feature (connecting to EdenTradeHub), EdenHub periodically aggregates and sends EdenTradeHub a production summary for the Organization: commodity, region (province level), harvest time window, number of contributing farms (a count only, no identities), forecast confidence, and verified grade/certification levels.

This summary does NOT include: farmer names or contact details, exact plot coordinates, purchase prices or internal costs, detailed field logs, or any personal information. Data is only aggregated and sent once it reaches a minimum anonymity threshold (at least 5 distinct farms within the same province × commodity × month group); groups below this threshold are never sent.

Your Organization can review its current consent status and revoke it at any time from within the management app. Revoking stops NEW data from being sent immediately, but does NOT delete data already sent to EdenTradeHub — shared data is retained under the platform's standard retention schedule (see "Data lifecycle"), even after your Organization has left the network, to preserve the integrity of deals/contracts already carried out or in progress on that platform. Every consent or revocation is timestamped and recorded — none of these records overwrite prior history.
