Trial & pricing

Do I need a credit card for the 30-day trial?

No card needed. Create an account with a phone number or email and you're ready to go — cancel anytime.

What happens if I haven't picked a plan after 30 days?

Your account drops to the Starter plan's limits (1 farm, 1 user, 1 plot). Everything you've already recorded stays exactly as it is — nothing gets deleted.

Do I lose data if I switch plans midway?

No. Upgrading or downgrading only changes your usage limits — your logs and records stay untouched.

How is cooperative pricing calculated?

By number of members, and it already covers an account for each household. You'll find a quick estimator on the cooperative pricing page.

Day-to-day use

Can farmers who aren't comfortable with smartphones use it?

The logging app asks one question at a time, with large text and minimal typing — built so someone using a smartphone for the first time can still get through it.

What if there's no signal out in the field?

You can still log. Data is saved on the device and syncs automatically once you're back online — no need to enter it twice.

How long does it take to get started?

About 15 minutes for a farm: create an account, add plots, set up a crop cycle, and record your first log. Cooperatives roll out in batches, so it takes longer, but our team walks you through it.

Do I need to install any software?

No. Just open a browser on your phone or computer and you're set.

Data & security

Can other organizations see my data?

No. Every organization has its own isolated data space, enforced at the database level — not just hidden in the interface.

What can a cooperative see about its members?

Only production data, and only once the member turns sharing on. Members can turn it back off at any time. Financial data is never part of what's shared.

What happens to my data if I leave a cooperative?

It stays yours — it switches to read-only rather than being deleted. A VietGAP record belongs to the farmer, who still has to present it to inspectors.

Traceability & certification

What does the traceability QR code show buyers?

Farm name, growing region, a day-by-day journey with real field photos, and any certifications currently valid. It never shows sale prices or financial data.

Can the labels be faked?

Every code's scan count and location are tracked. A code scanned an unusual number of times, or from multiple locations in a short window, gets flagged for review.

Which standards does the system support?

VietGAP, GlobalGAP and growing area codes (PUC), with a readiness score based on the real data already recorded.
