See the real data behind the product
Scanning a QR code shows the real journey — no account needed. Connecting as a partner on EdenHub goes deeper — farming logs, growing region, certification records.
Four ways a buyer reaches supply-chain data
Public traceability, no account needed
Scan the QR code printed on the packaging and see the real journey of that batch — farming logs, harvest date, processing steps — on the public trace page. No sign-up, no login.
B2B connection with a linked partner
The buyer is an organization with its own EdenHub account, connected directly to the seller. It's a closed network between confirmed partners — not open to anyone without an account on the platform.
A private offering link
The seller creates an offering link for a specific batch, showing only the fields they choose — sent directly to one buyer. The buyer doesn't need an account to view it.
Growing area code (PUC)
Each growing area is recorded and assigned a code, shown alongside the batch on the trace page.
Direct sync with the government's code-issuing portal currently runs in mock mode — no live API connection yet.
An open marketplace for buyers without an account
Today, connecting B2B on EdenHub means the buyer has to be an organization with its own account that has already confirmed a connection with the seller — there's no way yet for a completely new buyer, who has never used the platform, to search and browse supply on their own.
The next step is an open marketplace: outside buyers finding matching supply on their own, and pooling batches across several farms to fill a large order — without needing an invitation first.
Buyer sits near the end of the data thread, before Market
Data flows from Farmer through Farm, Organization, Value Chain — and on to Buyer. Each buyer only sees the part they're allowed to, not the full thread.
